the order cockpit is the central landing page for the operator β a one stop shop where all order related actions and information are available in a single view it provides real time status updates that help manufacturing enterprises make informed decisions and respond faster on the shopfloor the user friendly interface helps operators manage material consumption, scrap reporting, time tracking, and all other order related tasks β without leaving the cockpit it enables users to view all production lines identify which orders are running on which line monitor planned and active production orders start and stop orders register confirmations, consumptions, and scrap register downtimes, quality inspections, and sops production line overview when opening the order cockpit, users see an overview of all configured production lines (equipment) example dry mixing line 1 dry mixing line 2 packaging line 1 selecting a production line displays all production orders planned for that specific line with the following information field description order number unique identifier of the production order material to be produced the finished material expected from this order planned quantity + uom target output quantity planned start date scheduled start of production planned stop date scheduled end of production assigned equipment the line or machine executing the order equipment class classification of the assigned equipment this allows planners and operators to quickly understand what is scheduled and where production order detail view when clicking on a specific production order, a detailed view opens showing production line production order number material and batch being produced planned quantity registrations panel (left hand side) if any operational registrations exist, they are displayed here this includes production confirmations material consumptions scrap registrations each entry contains detailed information for full traceability and review example of consumption β
