order cockpit application overview the order cockpit i s an all inclusive dashboard for production and processing order related information the cockpit offers real time status updates that help manufacturing enterprises make informed decisions and respond quicker the user friendly and intuitive interface helps manufacturers manage material consumption, waste reporting, operator time tracking, and other order related tasks it enables users to view all production lines identify which orders are running on which line monitor planned and active production orders start and stop orders register confirmations, consumptions, and scrap register downtimes, quality inspections, sop's production line overview when opening the order cockpit, users see an overview of all configured production lines (equipment) example dry mixing line 1 selecting a production line displays all production orders planned for that specific line with following information displayed order number material to be produced planned quantity planned start date planned stop date assigned equipment equipment class this allows planners and operators to quickly understand what is scheduled and where production order detail view when clicking on a specific production order, a detailed view opens containing production line production order number material and batch being produced planned quantity this view provides deeper insight into the selected order if any operational registrations exist, they are displayed on the left hand side panel this includes production confirmations material consumptions scrap registrations for each entry, detailed information is available for traceability and review on the right hand side, a graphical overview shows planned production quantity actual produced quantity the graph is calculated based on planned start date planned stop date data received from erp or other integrated systems displayed within the mes application this provides a real time comparison between planned and actual production order execution controls from within the order cockpit, users can start a production order stop a running production order register consumptions confirmations scrap quantities this allows full operational control directly from the cockpit interface manufacturing enterprises also use the order cockpit to track a product from raw material to a finished state, improving traceability and mitigating any recall or inventory issues as they happen finally, the cockpit makes monitoring and reducing costs and waste easier to manage
