Downtimes

In Mantsu, downtime events are registered by operators directly in the Order CockpitOrder Cockpit, not in the Downtime configuration screens. However, all registered stops are also visible and manageable in the Downtimes Manager, where supervisors and team leads can follow up.

The Downtimes page shows all stops on a specific equipment, including:

From this view, supervisors can also add or correct a reason code for any registered stop if this would not be prefilled (e.g. shortstop)

Downtime events that are shorter than the configured short stop threshold are automatically classified under the Short Stop reason code. No manual action is required.
