the checklist dashboard provides users with a personalized overview of their assigned and executable checklists in addition, a dedicated reporting page is available for qa users to monitor checklist execution across the organization user checklist dashboard each user has access to a personal dashboard showing the status of all checklists relevant to them dashboard overview at the top of the page, four summary tiles provide a quick status overview total checklists total number of checklists assigned to the user successfully completed checklists checklists that have been completed successfully failed executions checklists that were completed with failed checks checklists in progress checklists that are currently being executed active checklists below the summary tiles, the active checklists section displays all checklists that are currently in progress a checklist may appear here even if the user has no remaining actions indicates that the checklist is still ongoing within the workflow shows real time execution status manually triggerable checklists on the right hand side of the dashboard, users can see a list of checklists that can be triggered manually visibility depends on the configured trigger type only checklists with a manual trigger are shown users can start execution by clicking the green execute button executing a checklist from the execution page , users can execute a checklist as follows click execute the checklist opens with all configured checks and questions perform all required checks and provide answers once completed, stop the checklist after completion, the checklist continues through the configured workflow (review, approval, reporting) checklist reporting (qa role) the reporting page is dedicated to users with the qa role and provides full visibility of all checklist executions reporting filters at the top of the page, filters allow qa users to refine results by location equipment class checklist configuration (checklist id) date range (from / to) checklist execution overview below the filters, a table displays all checklist executions with the following information trigger time start time stop time checklist name equipment location checklist id execution result checklist details by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the right hand side of a checklist entry, qa users can open the full checklist execution view all checks review individual answers and results validate execution details for audits and quality reviews
