In Mantsu's Quality Management module, every inspection plan and inspection lot maintains **full audit trail history** to ensure traceability of all quality decisions.

## Inspection Plan History Logs

Every inspection plan maintains two distinct history logs, always accessible from the plan detail screen:

### Status History

A chronological log of every status transition, including:

- Who changed the status
- When the change was made
- From which status and to which status
- Any comment entered at the time of the transition

### Version History

A list of all previous and current versions of the plan, showing:

- Version number
- Version comment
- Activation date
- Deactivation date
- The user responsible for each action

## Inspection Lot Result History

Inspection lots maintain a similar result history:

- Every characteristic result entry is **timestamped** and **attributed to the user** who made the entry
- Updates to a result are stored as **revisions, not overwrites**; the full edit history is always preserved
